During my internship with Allied Solutions, I helped research, develop, and eventually adapt this AI-focused eLearning course to remain relevant as generative AI technology rapidly evolves. Working alongside an AI subject matter expert, I helped shift the course away from relying solely on specific ChatGPT models and toward a scalable framework that groups AI reasoning into three levels: Instant, Medium, and High. The course introduces the Situation, Task, and Risk (STR) framework, which helps employees evaluate the complexity and potential risk of a task to determine the appropriate level of AI reasoning.
