In this role, I researched, designed, and developed two eLearning courses in the Seismic Learning LMS, translating complex insurance product and AI concepts into clear, engaging training for field representatives through collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) and peer reviewers. I also created a reusable Product 101 eLearning template to standardize future product training development, applying instructional design, visual organization, and learner-focused writing to make courses easier and more efficient to create. In addition to eLearning development, I facilitated Seismic platform training for 11 field representatives and content contributors, progressing from updating training materials and shadowing sessions to independently leading trainings and providing user support. I reviewed and updated Client Relations Manager user manuals for accuracy, brand consistency, formatting, and clarity to improve the usability and professionalism of learning resources. I also supported Seismic platform optimization through Agile sprint projects, contributing to page updates, UX improvements, learning and development initiatives, communications planning, and cross-functional data analytics work. Throughout my internship, I collaborated with professionals across Sales Enablement, Data Governance, Sales Operations, AI, and Change Management, strengthening my communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills while contributing to projects that supported Allied’s field representatives.
